The spring edition of ArtNight Pasadena takes place on Friday, March 10, citywide. This art and culture celebration features music, dance, visual art, theater, art-making, storytelling, and history. ArtNight is an ongoing partnership between many cultural institutions and the Cultural Affairs Division of the City of Pasadena. Enjoy a free evening of art, music, and entertainment as Pasadena’s most prominent arts and cultural institutions swing open their doors offering free admission from 6:00-10:00 pm.

ArtNight Pasadena occurs twice per year (spring and fall), where the city’s most prominent museums and cultural institutions open their doors for free and offer special programming. Here are a few highlights in and around Old Pasadena:

ARMORY CENTER FOR THE ARTS
145 N. Raymond Avenue
In addition to their current exhibition and artmaking activities, the Armory presents Inter-Gen 23, the their first multi-generational student art exhibition. Rounding out the evening will be a presentation of work by Pasadena Photography Arts members, DJ sets from KCRW's Tyler Boudreaux, and the unveiling of Interwoven Stories — a community mural project spearheaded by artists Myisha Arellano and Michelle Rose Glass.

Spring into ArtNight at the City Hall Hub! Enjoy live music and grab a snack before catching a free shuttle, walking, or driving to your next venue.

Enjoy self-guided exploration of the Gamble House at night. Visit the Bookstore for a chance to win a raffle prize.

ONE COLORADO
41 Bonham Alley
Join One Colorado for an evening of art and culture as they premier an exclusive first look at their new murals arriving this spring.  Watch as Jane Gahng of Red Letter Day, live paints a sample of one of the murals. Snap photos in a colorful fringe cube, installed by Corrie of Color and enjoy refreshments from Cha Redefine while grooving to cool tunes.

PASADENA MUSEUM OF HISTORY

Explore the complex history of quilts made by and for the Pasadena community with the new exhibition, Community Stitches: Quilt Designs & Stories – featuring more than 60 quilts representing over 180 years of quilt-making in America.
