Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from Monday, October 3, through Friday, October 7. Join One Colorado and the Wellness District LA for a week filled with workshops, fitness, yoga, breathwork, sound bath healing, and massages, all dedicated to the mind and body in awareness of mental health. To cap off the week, you are invited to Friday's Wellness Social Party, where you can snag prizes from partners and One Colorado tenants. Bring a friend or partner to experience the journey with you. For each event you attend, you will receive a raffle ticket where you can win prizes like brain scans, gift cards, fitness gear, and more.
MON OCT 03
6:00 - 6:45 pm | Basecamp Workout, led by Annora | Located in the Courtyard
35 minutes of 1 min intervals going from upper body strength moves to lower body cardio. We will end with 10 minutes of core and stretching. Total time 45 min.
7:00 - 7:45 pm | Breathwork Workshop, led by Floraina | Located in the Courtyard

12:00 - 2:00 pm | Massages and Reiki Healings (available first come, first served) | Located inside Industrious, 21 Miller Alley

6:00 - 7:30 pm | Sunset Yoga followed by a Sound Bath, led by Shantani | Located on the Rooftop of the One Colorado Parking Garage (Fair Oaks Avenue and Union Street)
