Children and Their Families Can Drop Letters in Santa’s Official North Pole Mailbox and Receive a Personalized Reply this Season 

Now through December 15th, One Colorado, an unforgettable shopping and dining destination in the heart of Old Pasadena,, invites children and their families to share their holiday wishes, dreams and friendly messages with Santa by dropping a letter into his official North Pole Mailbox near Santa’s Station in The Courtyard. Those who send their letters by December 15th and include a clear return address will receive a personalized reply from Santa himself, adding a touch of holiday magic to the season’s celebrations.

Capture the Magic with Santa Photos: A Holiday Tradition Like No Other

Friday, November 28 - Sunday, December 21 with a special Christmas Eve visit on Wednesday, December 24

One Colorado, an unforgettable shopping and dining destination in the heart of Old Pasadena, invites children and their families to share their wish lists and take keepsake photos with Santa as he sits on his green velvet couch in front of a brand-new festive holiday backdrop flanked by beautiful Christmas trees. Santa will be available in The Courtyard each weekend from November 28th through December 21st. Professional photo packages begin at $30; guests are also invited to take their own photos for $25. All professional photos include a full digital gallery.

No RSVP needed. Photos are first-come, first-served, with pricing details and hours listed below.

Santa Hours

• Fridays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Special Hours

• Nov 28 (Opening Day): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Dec 21: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Santa takes a cookie break between 12:45 – 1:15 PM daily.

• Professional Photographer:
  • $30 for standard photo session
  • $35 for group photo (6+ adults)
  • Photos will be downloaded to your phone or provided on a memory card
• Bring Your Own Camera:
  • $25 for self-taken photos (3-minute session, single family only)

ORNAMENT CRAFTING WORKSHOP AT THE UNICORN STORE - ONE COLORADO

One Colorado, an unforgettable shopping and dining destination in the heart of Old Pasadena, invites the community to celebrate the season with two hands-on holiday crafting events in December. From designing personalized ornaments to building festive wreaths, attendees can enjoy artistic experiences that bring the magic of the season to life. Ornament Crafting Workshop
Children and families can let their creativity shine at the Ornament Crafting Workshop on Saturday, December 6, from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at The Unicorn Store. Guests will have the opportunity to design and decorate Christmas tree ornaments using colorful paints, glitter and holiday embellishments. The Unicorn Store, known for its whimsical collection of gifts, toys and magical surprises, provides a playful setting that inspires imagination and festive fun. Tickets are $10 per ornament, all supplies are included, and space is limited; reservations are available on Eventbrite.

SANTA SNACKS & STORIES

One Colorado, an unforgettable shopping and dining destination in the heart of Old Pasadena, invites children and their families for an afternoon of holiday cheer with Santa and his cheerful Elf! Gather around on Sunday, December 21, from 1:00-2:00 PM as they share heartwarming Christmas stories, spread laughter, and fill The Courtyard with joy. Enjoy delicious cookies while soaking in the spirit of the season.
