One Colorado invites the community to a live fitness event held in The Courtyard from 9:00 am to 10:00 am every second Saturday. This fun-filled event is part of “The Courtyard Series,” a curated collection of community events featuring live music, fitness, and wellness activities on the first Friday, second Saturday, and third Sunday of each month.
Invigorating fitness events will be held all year long on the second Saturday morning of each month from August 10th to September 14th, October 12th, November 9th, and December 14th.* These events are free of charge and open to the public; while pre-registration is not required, an RSVP is recommended since space is limited.
