  • Chef Bruce Kalman and Marie Petulla partnered to open Union, a 50-seat restaurant and bar featuring a seasonally Californian interpretation of Northern Italian cuisine. The intimate neighborhood restaurant – named as one of Jonathan Gold’s Top 101 Restaurants in 2015 and 2016 – showcases house-made charcuterie, seafood, pickles, pasta, local grains, heirloom beans, and market produce. Sommelier, wine consultant, and winemaker George Pitsironis created its list of domestic and imported beers and wine.
