Union Restaurant

  • In 2014, Chef Bruce Kalman and Marie Petulla partnered to open Union, a 50-seat restaurant and bar featuring a seasonally Californian interpretation of Northern Italian cuisine centered on pasta, seafood, market-fresh produce, and fine-quality locally sourced ingredients. The intimate neighborhood restaurant is consistently recognized as one of LA's top establishments – it made Jonathan Gold’s Top 101 Restaurants in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Diners can enjoy selections from local, hand-crafted vendors; house-made charcuterie, pickles, and pasta; and a small but carefully curated wine list.
