Sushi Enya in Old Pasadena opened in early 2017 – another location can be found in Little Tokyo in Downtown Los Angeles. Chef Kimiyasu Enya trained for over ten years in Japan – he and the kitchen team receive fresh products from the fish market every day. The menu focuses on fish-based Japanese sushi and American sushi rolls, but also offers contemporary dishes like ceviche and special rolls for vegan diets. Sushi Enya also features daily specials and the chef's tasting "omakase" course. Wine and sake are available.
