  • Osawa brings together sushi, Shabu Shabu, and Otsumami on its menu while practicing the Japanese tradition of omotenashi, or hospitality – the exquisite Japanese art of welcoming and serving guests. The tapas-like Otsumami menu features dishes like shishito tempura stuffed spicy tuna and king salmon ceviche with chili lemon soy; while the Shabu Shabu menu shines with options like Kurobuta pork, fresh market seafood, and Saga Beef. Diners can choose from nearly three dozen types of sushi. Sake, wine, and beer are also offered.
