The Alley, a Taiwanese bubble-tea chain, specializes in premium tea-based tapioca drinks, using quality, roasted tea leaves sourced from various regions. Its menu is made up of several beverage series, such as milk tea, brewed tea, and fruit tea and juice. Its signature drinks are the brown-sugar "Deerioca" series - named for the brand’s trademark tapioca pearls, cooked with brown-sugar lava for two hours. The slow-cooking process makes them satisfyingly soft and chewy with a distinct sweet flavor, served warm. Guests can choose to pair the Deerioca with fresh milk, soy milk, oat milk, or matcha.
Brazilian Acai Bowls & Juice Bar provides an authentic menu because the owner is Brazilian and enjoyed all the benefits of acai berries growing up. Enjoy a selection of acai bowls and fresh juices. Vegan and vegetarian menu items are available.
