ALAN PALOMO (NEON INDIAN) DJ SET

Emerging as a blurry, sample-driven electronic pop outfit with influences ranging from Todd Rundgren to Italo-disco, Neon Indian became one of chillwave's definitive acts in the late 2000s before founder Alan Palomo took the project in a more polished, danceable direction. With 2009's Psychic Chasms, Neon Indian lived up to the hype generated by the project's early singles, thanks to Palomo's hazy but hooky swirl of disco, electro, dream, and synth-pop. By the time of 2015's Vega Intl. Night School, he switched to a palette of funk, new wave, and reggae but held onto Neon Indian's gift for balancing heady atmospheres with catchy songwriting. As the 2010s came to a close, his work as a producer and soundtrack composer — not to mention his fascination with Peruvian music — suggested even more aspects to Palomo's work.

THE BREVET

Nestled in between Los Angeles and San Diego lies Orange County, CA: a culturally, economically, and environmentally diverse community with an identity all of its own. The Brevet, hailing from the heart of Orange County, continues to create an ever-evolving sound that pushes stylistic boundaries. Just as Orange County is home to snow-capped mountains, pristine beaches, and bustling city centers, The Brevet’s alternative rock sound draws authentically from folk, surf, and R&B influence but doesn’t shy away from thundering rhythms, blistering guitars and progressive synths.

ARCY DRIVE

With time to kill and an attic to jam in, Arcy Drive, a group of four good buds from Northport, New York, began forming their scratchy but spirited sound.

Traveling in a 1989 Toyota van, they shared their music locally, which they coined "Attic-Rock." After a summer in their hometown and a newfound passion for playing live, the four renovated an old school bus and began touring the US before their first official release. Many dive bars and music halls later, their "Barefoot Tour" landed the band a new cult following.

So far, the group has released two studio singles and a Live Album amassing over 4 million combined streams. In March of 2023, the band launched their fully SOLD-OUT headline run -- The Stattic Tour. This included a sold-out show at Bowery Ballroom in NYC and across the US, selling out LA, DC, Nashville, CHI, ATL, PHX and Philly. This April, the band will be announcing Part Two of The Stattic Tour and getting back on the road. This run will include playing Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and City Gates' Festivals.

THE ASTRONOMERS

Comprised of Fond du Lac natives Ben Baker and Michael Stensland, The Astronomers challenge the alt-pop space with their synthesis of unconventional elements in each track. “Their discography is unlike [anything] you’ve heard of” - Tongue Tied Magazine, July 2021.

The duo’s second single “Hotel Rooms” off their upcoming project has received substantial play on Wisconsin radio including 101.1 WIXX, reaching #1 while currently in their power rotation. Lead song “Overthinking” from their Sophomore EP “Guess it’s Just Life” reached #1 on top nine at 9.

The Astronomers, paired with bass player/co-producer Ike Holzmann and drummer Josh Guy produce a dynamic, energy-filled performance, headlining venues including Titletown Green Bay and The Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin to 500+ attendees.

Every concert, various DJ's from Prism DJ's will open the show.

All the shows are free and for all ages (parent supervision is advised).
