The Crack Shack
The Crack Shack has intentionally crafted both the chicken and egg for diners to enjoy. Menu items are created using locally raised, free-living chickens with no antibiotics - just as nature intended. Enjoy high-quality fried chicken, eggs, sandwiches, salads and slaws, chicken oysters, fries with roasted chicken and jalapeno cheese wiz, bacon deviled eggs, and biscuits. Celebrity chef Richard Blais is at the helm of The Crack Shack. Blais, known for winning Top Chef: All Stars, and his co-founder, Michaell Rosen, started the restaurant in San Diego in 2015.
