  • Chef Mamoru Tatemori introduces his traditional Japanese sushi concept to the United States, offering an extensive selection of sake, wine, and shochu pairings, as well as a $70 Omikase tasting menu.  Tatemori has received AAA's prestigious 4 Diamond Restaurant Award; his restaurant "Tatemori" was selected as Best Restaurant in Tokyo from 2014-2017 and was awarded a Michelin star.  Notably he turned it down so that his regular customers would be able to continue to get reservations.
