Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot
Named after the traditional Inner Mongolia dish served in a metal pot, Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot serves each guest a pot filled with a steaming aromatic broth decorated with an assortment of fresh ingredients such a goji berries, jujubes, black cardamom pods, ginseng, herbs, and – for those who like a little heat – “mala” chili oil and peppercorns. Guests then place their selection of meat, veggies, fresh seafood, and handmade noodles into the broth to let simmer and then enjoy. Exotic drinks and delicious desserts round out these unique meals.
