Old Pasadena is one of the West Coast's most vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment destination districts. Daytime attracts people to dine, work, shop and do business. Evening brings movie-goers and those seeking an entertainment experience in this urban renaissance.
On weekends, from morning to midnight, thousands of residents and visitors stroll the streets to feel the ambiance that makes Old Pasadena unique: Music, art, antique shops, street performers, sidewalk dining, movies, late night shopping and fun under the sun and stars.
From One Colorado, a collection of historic buildings restored to their former glory, to the historic and intriguing alleys, pedestrians become enchanted with Old Pasadena on their first visit. Whether they travel by car and park in one of several lighted parking facilities or by convenient public transportation, visitors leave Old Pasadena with the intention of returning time and time again.
From nearby mountains to sun-drenched gardens celebrating the ever-popular rose, Pasadena offers excellent choices for visitors. Combined with its convenient location only 15 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, its dry sunny climate with an average daily temperature of 76 degrees, and its easy access to Southern California's other famous attractions, Old Pasadena is an unforgettable visitor destination. |
