Old Pasadena Today...
As the new century approached, civic leaders and private owners in Old Pasadena had the foresight to recognize a need for collective management of what had become Southern California's favorite urban playground. A new owner's organization was formed in 1995, which contracted with the City of Pasadena in 2000 to manage the new Business Improvement District for Old Pasadena.
Through proven leadership, Old Pasadena continues to protect its unique heritage and architectural integrity while planning for and accommodating change.
