| Description : | Brix 42 has created a new concept in dining by creating a warm and inviting pub atmosphere that serves sophisticated, yet unpretentious food. The restaurant offers signature dishes like slow and low cooked pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes, beer battered fish and house cut fries, and chorizo basted pork tenderloin served with sautéed broccoli. The chefs use the freshest seasonal ingredients with local California ingredients that can be found at the farmer’s market.
Housing its own brewery, Brix uses fresh, all natural ingredients with no preservatives. Fine German Malts are combined with American Hops, brewed in a steam kettle for better flavor than direct flame. Beers stay in tanks for a maximum time of 2-3 months for optimum freshness. Brix’s Honey Wheat has 50pbs of honey added for a distinctive taste. Brix’s brew master has over 15 years of experience working at brewing manufacturers, micro-breweries, and brew-pubs.
