The nation's most famous college football stadium - The Rose Bowl - has been the home of UCLA football since 1982. One of the finest football stadiums in America, the Rose Bowl was built specifically for football, but was used for portions of the 1932 Olympic Games, and was also the soccer site for the 1984 Olympics. The Rose Bowl has also been the site for four Super Bowls, the 1994 World Cup and the 1999 Women's World Cup. The Rose Bowl was completed in 1922 and was first used for the USC-California game that same year. Although the stadium has held well over 100,000 fans over the years, the current seating capacity is 91,136.

Tickets
Tickets for Bruin football games can be purchased at UCLA's Central Ticket Office by calling 310-UCLA-WIN (310-825-2946) or online at https://ucla.evenue.net/events/FBHOME.

General Parking
Those wishing to park on-site are strongly encouraged to purchase in advance. Advance passes are $38 (including $3 technology fee) for regular-sized vehicles and $128 (including a $3 technology fee) for oversized vehicles, available until 11:45 pm the evening prior to the game you are attending. After this point, parking will be available on the day of the game at the entry to parking areas for $44 (including a $4 technology fee) for regular-sized vehicles and $179 (including $4 technology fee) for oversized vehicles (no cash). All vehicles must vacate the parking areas no more than 90 minutes following the conclusion of the game.

Shuttle
Express shuttle service is provided to-and-from the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Town to the Rose Bowl Stadium, Lot B/Gate B, on major event days. The service will begin at 12:30 PM and continue for approximately 90 minutes following the conclusion of the game. The cost to park at Parsons is $24.00 (available day-of, on-site, only) and shuttle service is free for UCLA Football games.

Metro Rail
The A Line (Blue) Metro rail stop (Memorial Park Station) is less than a ½-mile walk to the Parsons Shuttle which provides express service to-and-from the Rose Bowl Stadium on major event days. For assistance planning your trip visit www.metro.net, or call (323) 466-3876.

Rideshare & Taxi
For UCLA Football games, all rideshare and taxi services must drop-off and pick-up in Old Pasadena. Shuttle service will be provided, free of charge, to-and-from the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Pasadena to the Rose Bowl Stadium, Lot B.

"As the first venture philanthropy project of the Levitt Foundation, Levitt Pavilion Pasadena launched in 2003. Since its opening, the venue has been celebrated for bringing vitality and high-caliber programming back to Memorial Park, which for years prior was largely abandoned and a magnet for crime. Through 2017, free Levitt concerts at the restored WPA-era gold bandshell brought people of all ages and backgrounds together from both Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles metro region, attracting over 75,000 people each summer. The Levitt Foundation is proud of our investment in the Pasadena community, providing significant annual funding to Levitt Pavilion Pasadena for nearly 15 years, and the meaningful social and economic impact created by the Levitt program in Memorial Park." The City of Pasadena Department of Transportation in partnership with Day One and the Pasadena Complete Streets Coalition (PasCSC) invites all of Pasadena to get out and WALK in October! Walktober is celebrating its 8th year in the City of Pasadena established by the PasCSC, its volunteers, and its partners. The City is sponsoring this year’s events with funding and staff support.

Walktober is an annual international promotion to encourage walking. Communities across the world from Portland, Oregon to Raleigh, North Carolina, to Adelaide, Australia, organize events celebrating and bringing awareness to walking through fun events. Here in Pasadena, the City supported by Day One, and PasCSC has partnered with local organizations and community members to put together a month-long calendar of in-person walks, tours, and community events.

The slate of events reflects a wide range of reasons and ways to enjoy walking and moving in the City. Be it for everyday exercise, mental health, meeting new people, learning about the city, or simply to get to work or school, the goal is to inspire the Pasadena community by providing a variety of fun exciting events highlighting the City’s rich history, cultural amenities, and natural beauty. Early registration for all events is highly encouraged.

  On this tour, we’ll walk a section of Route 66 - known as the "Mother Road" and the “Main Street of America” - around present-day Old Pasadena.
